ProConnect partner Epoch Homes received two of the highest awards from the Building Systems Council (BSC) for excellence in the field of residential modular construction. Epoch Homes took first place in the modular home division for homes between 2,301 and 4,000 square feet as well as in the category for homes over 4,001 square feet.

In 2008, Epoch completed the largest modular home project ever: a 16,000-square-foot mansion comprised of 33 modules. According to John Ela, CEO, “Epoch will continue to expand our design capabilities and also focus on the need to build green to preserve our natural resources and reduce the impact of housing on the environment."
